STRANICH IS FOUNDED

ACQUISITION OF STRANICH

Acquisition of the Company by Eng. Renato Ferroni.

POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

Start of the plant engineering activity for the control of gas and dust pollutants.

NEW PRODUCTION PREMISES IN PIOLTELLO

6.500 sqm area site, 3.000 sqm work-shop, 300 sqm offices. Mr. A. Ferroni becomes the President of the Company.

THE LARGEST TEST-ROOM IN EUROPE

A new test room to simultaneously test up to three centrifugal fans, with 1.800 kW of network power.

DUSCON DIVISION IS CREATED

DUSCON is born to expand industrial Gas Treatment market.

STRANICH AND DUSCON INDIA IS CREATED

Production, commercial and service solutions for Indian and Asian markets.

ASIA PRODUCTION BEGINS

Stranich India starts the production in Hyderabad.

ACOVENT ACQUISITION

Aeromeccanica Stranich acquires Acovent, historic brand specialized in the production of medium and small industrial centrifugal and axial fans.

ECM ACQUISITION

Acquisition of E.C.M., a company highly specialized in the design and production of dust and ash handling, storage, DeNOxsystems and flue gas treatment plants.

AS INDUSTRIES was created by Aeromeccanica Stranich which started in 1928 by designing, manufacturing and installing centrifugal fans, axial fans and dampers for all industrial applications and acquiring over time, in this sector, a leadership position currently consolidated.

Since 1970 it has expanded its activity in the plant engineering sector related to the control of gaseous and dusty pollutants by organizing its own structure (gas cleaning division) for the design, construction and installation of equipment, such as dry filters, cyclones, washers, cleaning and pneumatic conveyor systems, introducing technologically advanced solutions, realized on the basis of its own projects or the result of collaboration with main foreign companies of the sector, reaching a leading position also in this field.
